This type of credential is based on the official roles described in ISO 5009
Organizations authorize QVIs to issue vLEI credentials to Persons who represent their organization in ISO 5009 Official Organizational Roles.
Roles are verified against one or more public sources or documents provided by the organization.
Example: CEO of Visatronic signs a regulator report or approve internal strategic plans.
